Fresh Goat Chevre.  This recipe came from the book "200 Easy Homemade Cheese Recipes: From Cheddar and Brie to Butter and Yogurt" by Debra Amrein-Boyes
 
It was excellent, we mixed up one batch with Ranch Dressing mix, one with mediteranean herbs, one with honey and cinnamon, and one with basil & garlic, they were all very good, but the Ranch dressing mix made it a bit strong.
 
This is an easy cheese to make!
